ManyChat → Google Drive + Sheets + Gmail + Klaviyo + Shopify
We build comprehensive e-commerce pipelines where a ManyChat conversation completion triggers a Make.com scenario that simultaneously uploads data to Google Drive, logs the contact in Google Sheets, sends a Gmail confirmation, adds the contact to Klaviyo for email marketing, and creates a Shopify customer and order. One chatbot conversation triggers five platform actions — giving brands a complete, connected customer record from the first DM.
Quiz Completion → PayPal Payout API
We built a quiz-based incentive campaign where participants who complete a ManyChat quiz and meet the qualification criteria receive an automatic PayPal payout. When the quiz completes, ManyChat triggers Make.com which calls the PayPal Payout API with the participant's wallet details and reward amount. The payout is sent instantly, logged in Google Sheets, and a confirmation email is sent automatically.
Instagram Comment & DM Automation
We build complex nested ManyChat flows triggered by specific Instagram post comments or keyword-based DM responses.
