When an audio file is added to a Google Drive folder, our Make.com scenario retrieves the file and sends it to OpenAI's Whisper transcription API to generate a text transcript. ChatGPT creates a completion or summary from the transcript, ElevenLabs generates a new audio voice output from the AI-written response, and the final audio and transcript are delivered via Slack to the relevant team channel — creating a complete audio intelligence pipeline from raw recording to AI-processed output.
Telegram AI Voice Chatbot with ElevenLabs
We built a Telegram voice chatbot where users send voice messages and receive AI-generated voice replies from a custom character or celebrity persona. When a voice message arrives on Telegram, Whisper transcribes it to text, ChatGPT generates a contextually appropriate reply in the character's style, and ElevenLabs synthesises the reply into a voice audio file that is sent back on Telegram. Users experience a full voice-to-voice AI conversation within their messaging app.
Bloom's Taxonomy Educational Content Classifier
We built a Make.com scenario that retrieves educational Q&A content from an external system via webhook, creates a custom OpenAI Assistant trained on Bloom's taxonomy educational classification methodology, and passes each piece of content to the assistant for classification across the taxonomy levels. The assistant returns structured outputs categorising the content by cognitive level — knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation — enabling automated curriculum alignment at scale.
Multi-Section AI Business Plan Generator with Thread Memory
We built a ChatGPT-powered business plan generator that creates comprehensive 40-page documents across multiple sections — executive summary, market analysis, competitive landscape, financial projections, and go-to-market strategy. Critically, we maintain the OpenAI thread ID across all section generation calls — so each section is generated with full context of the previous sections, just as a consultant would remember prior conversations, producing a coherent, internally consistent business plan document.
ChatGPT WordPress Content + Image Generation
We build Make.com pipelines where content briefs trigger ChatGPT to generate complete WordPress article copy — headline, introduction, body sections, and meta description — and simultaneously trigger DALL-E to generate a relevant featured image. JotForm Submission Analysis + Email Marketing CRM Routing
When a JotForm is submitted, our Make.com scenario passes the submission data to ChatGPT for intelligent analysis — evaluating the respondent's needs, intent, sentiment, and qualification level. Based on ChatGPT's structured analysis output, the contact is routed to the correct email marketing sequence in a connected email tool, the relevant CRM deal is created or updated in Monday.com, and a Slack alert is sent to the appropriate team member with ChatGPT's assessment summary.
