Automate Your Sales
Pipeline with Pipedrive
We build production-grade Pipedrive automations using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and the Pipedrive API — automatically creating activities, sending Gmail emails, generating Billit invoices, logging to Google Sheets, and sending Twilio SMS when deals move through your pipeline so your sales team focuses entirely on closing.
3 Ways We Automate Pipedrive
We choose the right integration method based on your pipeline complexity, the external tools you need to connect, and whether internal CRM automation or cross-platform data sync is your priority.
Pipedrive Native Workflows
Pipedrive's built-in workflow automation handles simple trigger-based actions entirely within the CRM — when a deal stage changes, create an activity; when a lead is created, assign it; when a deal is won, send a notification. We configure these native automations to manage routine in-CRM actions, keeping your pipeline moving and your team notified without any external tools for straightforward use cases.
Make.com, Zapier & n8n
Both Make.com and Zapier have comprehensive Pipedrive modules covering all key triggers — deal created, deal stage changed, activity created, lead updated — connecting Pipedrive to Gmail, Google Sheets, Billit, Twilio, and any platform in your stack. For sales teams needing self-hosted, privacy-first automation with no per-operation costs, n8n's Pipedrive node delivers the same deal and person management capabilities on your own infrastructure with unlimited executions.
Pipedrive REST API
Pipedrive's REST API covers every CRM module — deals, persons, organisations, activities, leads, products, tasks, users, and pipelines. We use the API directly inside Make.com for advanced operations — such as scheduled daily deal searches with complex filter parameters, bulk assignment logic, or custom field updates — and through Python and JavaScript scripts for enterprise integrations requiring high-volume processing or proprietary system connections.

What We Build With Pipedrive
Real sales automation workflows we have delivered for B2B sales teams, agencies, and service businesses using Pipedrive as their primary CRM.
Deal Stage Change → Activity Creation
When a Pipedrive deal moves to a new pipeline stage, our Make.com scenario triggers immediately — retrieving the deal details and creating a corresponding activity with the correct type, due date, subject, and assigned owner based on the new stage. Sales reps always have the right follow-up task waiting in their Pipedrive activity queue the moment a deal advances, with no manual task creation required.
Scheduled Deal Search → Assignment + Gmail
We build daily scheduled Make.com scenarios that query the Pipedrive API to find all deals matching specific criteria — a particular stage, no activity in 7 days, or deals assigned to no one. Each matching deal is assigned to the correct sales rep based on routing rules, and a contextual Gmail email is sent to the rep with the deal details and a prompt to follow up — preventing stalled deals from being forgotten.
Pipedrive Deal Won → Billit Invoice + Gmail
When a Pipedrive deal is marked as Won, our Make.com scenario automatically creates an invoice in Billit using the deal value, person details, and product information from Pipedrive. The invoice is sent to the client via Gmail and the Pipedrive deal record is updated with the invoice number and billing status — completing the entire invoicing workflow within seconds of the deal being won.
Webhook → Google Sheets + Pipedrive Person + Gmail
When an inbound webhook fires — from a web form, lead source, or external system — our Make.com scenario simultaneously logs the lead data to Google Sheets for reporting, creates a new person and deal in Pipedrive with all details correctly mapped, and sends a Gmail confirmation email to the lead. The sales team receives an instant Pipedrive notification so they can follow up while the lead is fresh and engaged.
Pipedrive Events → Twilio SMS Notifications
We connect Pipedrive to Twilio so that key deal events — a new high-value lead created, a deal moved to the proposal stage, or a deal won — trigger an instant SMS to the relevant sales rep or manager. Twilio SMS notifications ensure critical pipeline events are never missed, even when the recipient is away from their computer and not monitoring Pipedrive email notifications.
Google Calendar & Telephony Sync
We build bidirectional sync between Pipedrive and Google Calendar — activities created in Pipedrive appear on the rep's Google Calendar, and calendar events can trigger Pipedrive activity updates. We also connect Pipedrive to telephony systems — so when a Twilio call is made or received, the call log and recording are automatically saved to the relevant Pipedrive person and deal record without any manual data entry.
Pipedrive Integrations We Build
From email and invoicing tools to telephony and calendar systems — we connect Pipedrive with every platform your sales team depends on to move deals forward.
