The entire process from order placed to license delivered happens without any manual intervention, handling any order volume around the clock.
Email Order → ChatGPT → Shopify Order Creation
For a store receiving orders via raw email — with unstructured body text containing product names, quantities, and customer details — we built a Make.com pipeline where incoming emails are passed to ChatGPT, which converts the unstructured text into a properly formatted JSON payload. Make.com then uses this JSON to create the customer, update the product, and place the order in Shopify automatically — turning every email order into a Shopify record within seconds.
eBay Fulfilled Orders → Shopify Sync
We connect eBay's API to Shopify via Make.com — when an eBay order is fulfilled, the scenario retrieves the full order details and creates or updates the corresponding Shopify order and customer record. This multi-channel sync ensures all sales across eBay and Shopify are consolidated in a single Shopify backend for inventory management, reporting, and customer service without manual data transfer between platforms.
Amazon / Form Submissions → Shopify Orders
We build pipelines where external order sources — Amazon marketplace sales, JotForm product order forms, or third-party selling platforms — automatically create corresponding Shopify orders. The external order data is mapped to Shopify's order structure, the customer is created or found, and the order is placed with the correct line items and fulfilment details — consolidating all sales channels into a single Shopify backend.
ChatGPT + WhatsApp Order Notifications
When a Shopify order is placed, our Make.com or n8n scenario passes the order details to ChatGPT to generate a personalised order confirmation message. That message is then sent to the customer via WhatsApp — providing an instant, conversational order notification that customers respond to significantly better than standard email confirmations, while the operations team receives a WhatsApp summary of new orders simultaneously.
Shopify Orders + Gmail + Google Sheets Reporting
We build comprehensive Shopify reporting pipelines where new orders simultaneously trigger a Gmail confirmation email to the customer, a Gmail notification to the fulfilment team with order details, and a new row in a Google Sheet with all order data — date, customer name, products, total value, and shipping details.
