Unleashed REST API

New Unleashed Sales Order → HubSpot Deal
When a new sales order is created in Unleashed, our Make.com scenario lists the recent sales orders and applies filter criteria to identify the relevant new order. It then searches HubSpot for an existing deal matching the customer — if found, the deal is updated; if not, a new HubSpot deal is created with the order value, product details, and customer information mapped from Unleashed. Sales teams always have a corresponding CRM record for every Unleashed order.
Unleashed Inventory Report → Google Sheets
We build scheduled Make.com scenarios that call the Unleashed API with a date-filtered assembly report — retrieving all inventory changes up to yesterday using a dynamic date parameter. A second Unleashed API call fetches product identification and cost values for each item in the report. All product-level data — inventory quantities, unit costs, and product codes — is pushed to a structured Google Sheet, giving finance and operations teams a daily inventory snapshot without logging into Unleashed.
Assembly Parts Status Updates
We build Make.com scenarios that use the Unleashed API to update the status of assembly parts and assembly orders programmatically — triggered by external events such as a production milestone being reached, a quality check being passed in another system, or a scheduled completion date arriving. Assembly statuses are updated in Unleashed automatically rather than requiring manual data entry from the operations team after each production stage completes.
Sales Order Completion & Status Automation
We build workflows where external events — a shipping confirmation from a carrier, a payment received notification from an accounting system, or a delivery confirmed webhook — automatically update the corresponding Unleashed sales order status. Orders are completed, closed, or moved to the next fulfilment stage programmatically through the Unleashed API, keeping the inventory system accurate without warehouse or operations staff having to manually update order statuses throughout the day.
Unleashed Events → Slack / Email Alerts
We connect Unleashed to Slack and email platforms via Make.com — sending real-time alerts when specific inventory or order events occur. When stock for a product falls below a defined threshold, a Slack notification fires to the purchasing team. When a large sales order is created above a certain value, the sales manager receives an instant email. When a purchase order is completed, the warehouse team receives a notification to expect the stock. Key events are surfaced to the right people immediately.
Unleashed ↔ Accounting & E-Commerce Sync
We build bidirectional sync between Unleashed and accounting platforms — Xero, QuickBooks — ensuring sales orders, invoices, and payments are synchronised between systems without manual duplication. We also connect Unleashed to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce — when an online order is placed, inventory levels are checked in Unleashed and the order is created; when Unleashed inventory is updated, product availability on the storefront reflects the change automatically.
