Automate Your Entire
WooCommerce Store
We build production-grade WooCommerce automations using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and the WooCommerce REST API — connecting orders, customers, and products to Monday.com, LearnWorlds, Bitrix24, Google Sheets, Dropbox, and Outlook so your store operations run on complete autopilot from checkout to fulfilment.
3 Ways We Automate WooCommerce
We choose the right integration method based on your store complexity, the platforms you need to connect, and whether simple order notifications or sophisticated multi-platform fulfilment pipelines are required.
Make.com, Zapier & n8n
Make.com's native WooCommerce module covers all key triggers — new order, order updated, new customer, new product — plus actions for managing orders, customers, coupons, and products, connecting to 2,000+ platforms. Zapier offers the same WooCommerce triggers for teams already in that ecosystem. n8n extends both with a self-hosted option — WooCommerce webhook events trigger n8n workflows that process orders, sync customers, and push data to connected platforms, all within your own infrastructure at unlimited execution volume.
WooCommerce REST API
WooCommerce's well-documented REST API covers all store modules — orders, customers, products, coupons, shipping zones, reports, and refunds. We use it directly inside Make.com's HTTP module for advanced operations, or through Python and JavaScript code for enterprise-grade store management. This enables complex order processing logic, bulk product updates, custom report extraction, and integrations with proprietary fulfilment and ERP systems beyond what the native Make.com module handles.
WooCommerce Native Workflows
WooCommerce has a growing set of native automation capabilities — order status change triggers, email notifications, product visibility rules, and stock management automations — all configurable directly within the WordPress admin. We configure these native store automations for straightforward use cases that don't require external platforms, and combine them with Make.com or n8n for the more complex multi-platform workflows where WooCommerce's native tools alone are insufficient.

What We Build With WooCommerce
Real e-commerce automation workflows we have delivered for WooCommerce store owners, online educators, wholesale distributors, and multi-channel retailers.
WooCommerce Order → Email + Slack Notification
When a new WooCommerce order arrives, our Make.com scenario watches the incoming order and simultaneously sends a confirmation email to the customer and a Slack notification to the fulfilment team — all formatted with the order number, customer name, products purchased, and total value. The team knows about every new order the moment it is placed without logging into WooCommerce or waiting for batch notification emails.
WooCommerce Purchase → LearnWorlds Course Access
We built an education and e-commerce automation where every WooCommerce order is processed through Make.com — iterating through all orders to identify customers who purchased specific courses. For each qualifying order, the customer is automatically created in LearnWorlds (or found if they already exist) and enrolled in their purchased course. Students receive instant access to their course content the moment their WooCommerce payment is confirmed — no manual access granting required.
WooCommerce Orders → Monday.com + Inventory Boards
We build Make.com scenarios where new WooCommerce orders automatically create items on a Monday.com orders board with all order details mapped to the correct columns — customer name, products, quantities, status, and order date. Simultaneously, the inventory board in Monday.com is updated to reflect the reduced stock levels. Operations teams manage their fulfilment pipeline entirely within Monday.com while the WooCommerce store handles the customer-facing transactions.
WooCommerce Customer → Bitrix24 CRM Deal
When a WooCommerce order is placed, our Make.com scenario searches Bitrix24 for an existing customer with the buyer's email. If found, the customer record is updated and a new deal is created linked to them. If not found, a new customer is created, a company is created, and a deal is created — all linked together in Bitrix24 with the WooCommerce order value and product details mapped correctly. Every WooCommerce buyer becomes a properly structured Bitrix24 CRM record automatically.
Dropbox File Upload → WooCommerce Order + Outlook
We built a workflow where a new file added to a specific Dropbox folder triggers a Make.com scenario — the scenario searches for the relevant WooCommerce order associated with the file, retrieves the order details, attaches the file reference, and sends a notification email via Outlook to the customer or internal team. This is used for digital deliverables, invoices, and documents that need to be linked to orders and communicated automatically when they are ready.
WooCommerce Orders → Google Sheets Reporting
We build Make.com scenarios that log every new WooCommerce order as a structured row in Google Sheets — capturing order number, customer name and email, products and quantities, total value, discount codes applied, shipping method, and order status. Finance and operations teams have a live, filterable order database in Google Sheets without needing WooCommerce access or manually exporting CSV reports, enabling custom reporting and analysis beyond WooCommerce's built-in reporting capabilities.
WooCommerce Integrations We Build
From CRMs and LMS platforms to project management tools and cloud storage — we connect WooCommerce with every platform your e-commerce business depends on to operate and grow.
