Automate Your Entire
WordPress Website

We build production-grade WordPress automations using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and the WordPress REST API — auto-generating AI posts and categories from Airtable and ChatGPT, creating users from Stripe payments, and syncing content from Google Sheets so your WordPress site grows and manages itself on autopilot.

3 Ways We Automate WordPress

We choose the right integration method based on your WordPress setup, the external platforms you need to connect, and whether no-code convenience or server-hosted scripting is the best fit for your use case.

01

Make.com, Zapier & n8n Integration

Make.com has a native WordPress module covering all core content types — posts, pages, categories, media, and users — with triggers and actions for the full content lifecycle. For teams requiring self-hosted infrastructure or unlimited executions, we also build WordPress automations in n8n using its WordPress node and HTTP Request node to call the REST API directly. All three platforms connect WordPress to ChatGPT, Airtable, Google Sheets, Stripe, and 1,000+ other apps — building complete automated content and user management workflows.

WordPress REST API

WordPress's well-structured REST API provides full programmatic access to all content types — posts, pages, categories, tags, comments, media, users, custom post types, and custom taxonomies. We use it inside Make.com for advanced operations, or through Python and JavaScript scripts hosted on AWS Lambda or EC2 for enterprise-grade content pipelines requiring high-volume publishing, complex custom post type management, or integration with proprietary content management systems.

AI-Powered Content Pipeline

For teams that need to publish high volumes of quality content automatically, we build Make.com and n8n pipelines that combine external data sources with ChatGPT for content generation and DALL-E or other image generation APIs for featured images. Content briefs from Airtable or Google Sheets are passed to ChatGPT, which generates the full article body, meta description, and categories. The content and AI-generated image are then published directly to WordPress as a complete, formatted post.

What We Build With WordPress

Real WordPress automation workflows we have delivered for content publishers, membership site owners, digital product sellers, and agencies managing high-volume WordPress publishing.

Airtable + ChatGPT → WordPress Categories

A webhook triggers a Make.com or n8n scenario that reads category context data from Airtable, passes it to ChatGPT to generate category names, descriptions, and slugs, then creates each category directly on WordPress via the REST API. Content teams maintain their category planning in Airtable and trigger the WordPress creation automatically — entire category structures for new content verticals are built in minutes rather than hours of manual WordPress admin work.

Google Sheets + ChatGPT → WordPress Post + Media

When a new row is added to a Google Sheet with a content brief — topic, target keyword, tone, and word count — our Make.com or n8n scenario passes this brief to ChatGPT, which generates the full article body, meta description, and category suggestions. ChatGPT or an image generation API creates the featured image. The automation uploads the media to WordPress, then creates and publishes the complete post with all content and metadata correctly set — auto-publishing finished articles from a spreadsheet.

Stripe Payment → WordPress User + Membership

When a Stripe payment is confirmed, our Make.com or n8n scenario checks whether a WordPress user with the customer's email already exists — if so the user is updated; if not a new user is created with the appropriate username, password, and role. The user is then assigned to the correct membership level in WooCommerce Memberships or MemberPress based on the Stripe product purchased, and a welcome email with login credentials is sent automatically. Purchase to site access in seconds.

WordPress Post Trigger → External Platform Sync

When a new WordPress post is published or updated, Make.com or n8n detects the event and triggers downstream actions — pushing the post data to an Airtable content database for tracking, sending a Slack notification to the editorial team, scheduling social media posts via a connected scheduling tool, and updating a Google Sheet content calendar with the publication date and URL. The entire content distribution and tracking workflow fires automatically from a single WordPress publish action.

Bulk WordPress User Management via API

For membership sites and online courses managing hundreds or thousands of users, we build Python scripts hosted on AWS Lambda that call the WordPress REST API to perform bulk user operations — importing users from CSV, updating user roles in batches, resetting passwords, assigning users to courses, and exporting user data for CRM sync. These server-hosted scripts handle operations that no-code platforms cannot efficiently execute at scale without hitting API rate limits or timeout constraints.

Automated Media Upload & Post Publishing

We build Make.com and n8n scenarios that take image files from Google Drive, Dropbox, or a URL — upload them to the WordPress media library via the REST API with correct alt text, title, and caption metadata — and then create or update a WordPress post that uses the uploaded image as its featured image. Content teams drop images into a designated cloud folder, and the corresponding WordPress media upload and post update happen automatically without anyone touching the WordPress admin panel.
