What This Workflow Does
This automation solves a critical problem for marketers, founders, and copywriters: creating personalized, high-converting sales copy at scale. Instead of spending days analyzing customer reviews and writing variations manually, this workflow uses AI to do it in minutes.
The system takes your product's Amazon reviews (or any customer feedback stored in Google Sheets), analyzes them using LangChain and AI, applies Alex Hormozi's value-stacking framework and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and generates multiple targeted sales page variants in Google Docs. Each variant addresses different customer personas with tailored messaging, objections, and urgency triggers.
Beyond just generating copy, it creates a reusable customer analysis document that identifies core desires, pain points, and psychological triggers—giving you insights that improve all your marketing, not just one piece of copy.
How It Works
Step 1: Data Collection & Setup
The workflow starts with a form trigger where you input your Google Drive folder IDs, base copy URL, and options. It connects to your Google Sheets containing customer reviews and your Google Docs with product features.
Step 2: Customer Insight Extraction
AI samples and analyzes customer reviews to extract voice-of-customer (VOC) insights. It identifies recurring themes, emotional triggers, specific language used by customers, and maps these to psychological needs (safety, belonging, esteem, etc.).
Step 3: Framework Application
Using LangChain with OpenRouter LLM, the system applies Hormozi's $100M Offers principles: dream outcome, perceived value, proof, and scarcity. It drafts headlines, hooks, and body copy that stack value and overcome specific objections.
Step 4: Persona-Targeted Variant Creation
The workflow generates multiple customer personas based on the review analysis. For each persona, it creates copy with appropriate tone, urgency levels, and objection-handling. A loop then writes one Google Doc per variant in your designated folder.
Step 5: Output & Organization
All generated sales pages are saved as separate Google Docs with clear naming conventions. The customer analysis insights are saved to a second folder for future marketing strategy use.
Who This Is For
This automation is ideal for growth strategists, freelance copywriters, marketing agencies, SaaS founders, e-commerce brands, and anyone who needs to create persuasive sales content regularly. If you're spending more than 5 hours per week on copywriting or struggling to personalize messaging for different audience segments, this workflow will save you significant time while improving results.
Particularly valuable for businesses with: customer reviews they're not fully utilizing, multiple product lines needing tailored messaging, or teams that want to maintain consistent sales messaging across channels while reducing manual work.
What You'll Need
- Google Sheets with customer reviews (Amazon reviews or other feedback)
- Google Docs containing your base sales copy and product features/USPs
- Two Google Drive folders (one for customer analysis, one for generated copy)
- n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted) with Google OAuth2 credentials configured
- OpenRouter API key or access to another LLM provider via LangChain
- Basic understanding of your target customer demographics and key objections
Quick Setup Guide
- Download and import the JSON template into your n8n instance.
- Configure credentials for Google Sheets OAuth2 and Google Docs OAuth2 in n8n.
- Set up OpenRouter or your preferred LLM provider in the LangChain node.
- Share your Google Drive folders and copy the folder IDs (text after "folders/").
- Update the workflow variables with your folder IDs, file names, and sheet URL.
- Test with a small batch of reviews first (set "Number of reviews to use" to 5-10).
- Run the workflow and check the generated Google Docs in your output folder.
Pro tip: Start by analyzing just your 5-star and 1-star reviews first. These contain the strongest emotional language and reveal both what customers love most and what frustrates them—perfect for crafting compelling before/after narratives.
Key Benefits
Scale personalized copywriting: Generate dozens of targeted variants in the time it takes to write one generic piece. What used to take a week now takes an hour.
Data-driven messaging: Base your sales arguments on actual customer language and pain points instead of assumptions. This typically increases conversion rates by 30-50% compared to generic copy.
Consistent framework application: Ensure every piece of copy follows proven sales psychology principles, eliminating guesswork and maintaining quality standards across all your marketing.
Reusable customer insights: Build a growing database of customer psychology that informs product development, customer support, and future marketing campaigns beyond just copywriting.
Rapid testing and optimization: Quickly create A/B test variants to identify what messaging resonates best with different segments, then double down on what works.
